Minimum Requirements

• QTS or QTLS Certification
• Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection credentials/knowledge and experience

• Outstanding classroom leadership skills
• Passion, dedication, and drive to raise standards
• Innovative thinking, vision, excellent planning, and organisational abilities
• Experience with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
• Understanding of educational advancements
