Minimum Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Current safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experience

Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Demonstrated excellence in teaching
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a drive to raise standards
- Proactive with exceptional planning and organizational abilities
- Preferably experienced in supporting students with SEMH and additional needs
- Knowledgeable about educational advancements
