Are you a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? Do you have a passion for supporting students with diverse needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position: Special Needs Teacher (QTS) Location: Croydon, South East London Salary: £170 per day Contract Type: Long-term or Permanent Start Date: Immediate or September

About the Role:

  • As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with students who have a range of learning difficulties, including autism, speech and language disorders, and sensory impairments.
  • You’ll create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, tailoring your teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for your students.
  • Use your expertise to develop personalized learning plans and adapt your teaching strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction and provide targeted support.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives.
