Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the specific needs of students with SEN.
• Implement and monitor Education Care Plans (ECPs) to support student progress.
• Collaborate with support staff and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to ensure student development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEN Teacher with a focus on individualised learning.
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to address them.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
