�? Job Opportunity: SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience�?

Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We're seeking qualified and experienced teachers to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support in 3-hour blocks to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting.
  • Deliver 1:1 sessions in students' homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
  • Work with students on a flexible basis, ranging from 4-week blocks to termly commitments, based on individual needs.
  • Ensure consistent availability to maintain stability and progress for students.
  • Deliver no more than 15 hours of support per week to each student.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Expertise in both Primary and Secondary education, with core subject specialisms.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with students and collaborate with our organization.
  • Flexibility for shorter working days.
