Are you a dedicated teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We're seeking experienced educators with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell.

About the Role:

  • Work in 3-hour blocks with students 1:1, assisting those who struggle to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.
  • Provide tailored support to students in their homes or neutral environments like community libraries.
  • Block sessions may range from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of student needs.
  • Commit to the provided timetable to ensure consistency for students.
  • Students work no more than 15 hours per week.
  • Opportunities available for both Primary and Secondary teachers with core subject specialisms.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
  • Experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with students and the organization.
  • Flexibility to work shorter days.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized support to students.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
