�? Job Opportunity: SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience �?

Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, Chigwell

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking Qualified Teachers with QTS who have a genuine interest in supporting children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 support in 3-hour blocks to children with SEN, either in their homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
  • Working with students to overcome barriers to learning and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Adhering to provided timetables for consistency in support delivery.
  • Delivering tailored teaching sessions focusing on core subjects, both at primary and secondary levels.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with SEND students.
  • Excellent communication skills with both students and the organization.
  • Ability to commit to provided timetables and adapt to the needs of individual students.
  • Flexibility to work shorter days.
