We are actively seeking empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to play a vital role in the support and growth of students with SEN schools in Boston Spa, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support tailored to the unique needs of SEN students.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualised learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly working with students with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.

Benefits:

• £95-£105 per day (based on experience)
