Responsibilities Include:
1?? Pastoral care of a group of pupils
2?? Managing professional responsibilities
3?? Subject leadership

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ?? Ensure the delivery of appropriate curricula tailored to individual needs.
  • �? Create a stimulating and motivating learning environment.
  • ?? Collaborate with specialists and team-teach to support specific curriculum areas.
  • ?? Provide pastoral care and family liaison in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • ?? Maintain up-to-date pupil records to evaluate progress and plan objectives.
  • ?? Supervise and line-manage Special Support Assistants.
  • ?? Liaise directly with parents and carers as needed.
