We are ecstatic for two qualified Primary School teachers to join our partner school in South East London. the schools ethos is to deliver an inclusive and creative school to support SEND students who have complex social, communication and social interactions (i.e Autism).

SEN Primary School Teacher - South East London!!!

• Job Title: SEN Primary School Teacher - KS2
• Location: South East London
• Start date: April 2024
• Salary: £180 - 210 per day
• Full/Part Time: Full Time (Part time role may be available)
• Industry: Education and Training

Ideal Candidate:

• You enjoy working as part of a collaborative & committed multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
• Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• You have a strong commitment to student and staff well-being and want to work in an organisation with the same strong values.
• You want to work within an organisation that support, develops and invests in their staff.
• A deep passion for education, dedicated to the growth and development of each student.
• Flexibility and adaptability to create a dynamic and vibrant learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Have a QTS or equivalent
• DBS preferably on the Update Service
• Have experience planning lessons, projects and assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for nurturing and empowering young learners
