Location: Barnet - Edgware

Salary: £80-£90

Job type: Long-term, temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm

Start date: Easter 2024

End date: July 2024

Year group: EYFS/Nursery

Tradewind are seeking a strong Teaching Assistant who holds experience working in the EYFS setting. The school are looking to appoint an individual to work with the on site nursery (school hours) to work alongside the EYFS team and provide additional support where needed.

We will also welcome applications from Graduates looking to progress in Education with limited classroom-based experience, or those with Nannying experience.

About the role:

· This is a mixed ability class, and some pupils are diagnosed with SEN

· Support during break and lunch times

· Create stimulating learning resources to encourage academic progress

· Help to set up and tidy up at the start and end of lessons

Requirements:

· Experience as a Teaching Assistant is ideal but not essential

· Must have lots of initiative and a pro-active approach

· Bachelor's degree is ideal but not essential

· This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

· Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained

· You must have the legal right to work in the UK
