NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for Special Needs Mentors for a SEN School located in Leeds. The school are looking for SEN Mentors who can support students in the centre who live with multiple and complex learning needs. The school are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals with a background in working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs. This is an Inclusive Learning Centre which caters for students across the Primary and Secondary age range.

We are seeking candidates who are available to start within 2-4 weeks and candidates who are looking for new opportunities in September 2024.

We are seeking candidates who have a real passion and drive to support students with additional needs and who is motivated to make a difference.

Successful applications will have:

• Level 3 Qualification or relevant qualifications
• Previous professional or personal experience with Special Educational Needs
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• Full-time availability
• 2x professional references
• Right to work in the UK
