SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs. This role is crucial in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised lessons and activities.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
