Are you passionate about history and making a positive impact on special needs pupils? We're seeking History Teachers to join SEN Schools in South London.

Required: History Teachers
Salary: £180 - £240 depending on experience and teaching scale
Hours: Typically 8:30 - 4:30
Full Time, 5 days a week
Temporary to permanent positions

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging History lessons adapted to the needs of SEN students.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
* Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning difficulties.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of students.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development.

Requirements:

* Qualified teacher status with expertise in History education.
* Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally in a special school environment.
* Strong understanding of SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.
* Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Ability to work with teenagers in challenging environments.
