We are looking for a motivated and caring SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to support our pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across various year groups. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with teachers, providing tailored assistance and guidance to ensure every child has equal opportunities to succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to SEN students, implementing strategies to aid their learning and development.
  • Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning resources.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Encourage independence and confidence among SEN students in their academic and social pursuits.
