Position: Temporary SEN Support Staff (with opportunity for extension)

Role Description:
As a temporary SEN Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting our students in their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized assistance to students with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, assisting with personal care tasks, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. This role is term-time only, with the college open Monday to Thursday each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assisting students with personal care tasks, as required
- Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to implement individualized support plans
- Promoting independence and self-confidence among students
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
