Position: SEN Educator
Location: North West London Area
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Based on teaching scale (£180 - £340 per day).

Temporary to permanent position

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive atmosphere conducive to the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to develop personalised learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and achievements.
  • Create inclusive and engaging learning environments tailored to the diverse needs of SEN students.
  • Utilise specialised teaching methods to support children with various SEN, including:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Dyslexia
  • Speech and Language Disorders
  • Sensory Processing Disorders



Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching children with SEN preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
