SEN Class Teachers needed in North West London

Position: SEN Educator
Location: North West London Area
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Based on teaching scale (£180 - £340 per day).
Temporary to permanent position
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive atmosphere conducive to the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to develop personalised learning plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and achievements.
- Create inclusive and engaging learning environments tailored to the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Utilise specialised teaching methods to support children with various SEN, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Dyslexia
- Speech and Language Disorders
- Sensory Processing Disorders
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching children with SEN preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.
