?? Job Details:

  • Role: Behaviour Mentor / Learning Support Assistant
  • ?? Daily Rate: £100 per day
  • ?? Duration: Long-Term (Summer Term)
  • ?? Start Date: Immediate
  • ?? Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • �? Work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (ages 11 - 16) within an SEN Provision
  • �? Support students who are disengaged from mainstream education or have additional needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health/Behavioural Needs)

Requirements:

  • ?? Experience with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD preferred
  • ?? Ability to manage challenging/confrontational behavior
  • ?? Previous experience working with children or young people
  • ?? Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service

Role Overview:

  • ?? Assist students with tasks and activities set by teachers
  • ??? Address behavioral and special needs issues in collaboration with teaching staff
  • ?? Help implement lesson plans and support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • �? Build rapport and establish positive relationships with students and teachers
