SEN Behaviour Mentor / Learning Support Assistants

About the Role:

Join us in supporting students disengaged from mainstream education or with additional needs, including Social, Emotional, Mental Health, and Behavioural Needs. Requirements: Experience with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD preferred Previous experience managing challenging behavior Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check.

Responsibilities Include:

• �? Working with individuals and groups to ensure students stay on task
• ?? Collaborating with teachers to manage behavior and special needs
• ?? Assisting with lesson plans and implementation
