Job Role: Semi Skilled HGV Technician

Location: Leicester

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with an environmental company who are looking for a Semi Skilled HGV Technician to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on a range of HGV and trailers
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are in working order
  • Complete all relevant paperwork
  • Diagnosing vehicle defects
  • Work to Health & Safety procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Level 2 - Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (HGV with trailer preferred)
  • Experience working with Mercedes, Volvo, DAF & Other Trailers

Salary & Shift:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, Days Regular
