This accountancy practice is enhancing its team by recruiting a Semi-Senior Accountant. The role has scope to develop as your knowledge and experience grow. The firm has a varied client base and specialises in cloud-based accounting software.

Ideally, it is a full-time role, but this Semi-Senior Accounts role could be part-time, working at least three days a week.

Semi-Senior Accountant Technical knowledge and experience required:

  • Annual accounts and business tax preparation for small companies
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Knowledge of Sage, Sage One, and other accounting packages
  • Assisting clients with management accounts/ bookkeeping/ business reviews

Additional skills that would be beneficial

  • Some knowledge of payroll
  • Some knowledge of personal tax

You have personal and professional career development opportunities as a Semi-Senior Accountant.

You should have gained two to three years of accounts experience within a small- or medium-sized accounting practice and be qualified by experience or studying towards a professional qualification.

Full-time Hours 37.5 with flexible start times.

There is on-site parking at the office.
