Semi Senior Accountant Position Overview

Accounts Preparation:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for a variety of clients.

Input and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Tax Compliance:

Support in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and providing recommendations to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing assistance and support in addressing their accounting and tax needs.

Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Support in maintaining client files and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Semi Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• Part qualified, AAT, ATT, or qualified by experienced
• UK Visa and right to work
• Local and able to travel to office
• Sage, Xero, Quickbooks knowledge is preferred
• Practice background is preferred
• Payroll/corporate and personal tax experience is preferred

Semi Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

• £28-30k dependant on experience
• Scope for hybrid working after probation
• Standard pension
• Standard sick pay
• Standard holiday
