Highest Payaway Rate for Self-Employed Financial Advisers

A rapidly expanding wealth management and financial advice firm is seeking to hire several financial advisers on a self-employed basis, offering highly competitive payaway rates. This initiative aims to manage and expand our existing client base. Currently, we have over 2,000 clients who are not receiving our ongoing services. We are in search of advisers who will join our team and assist in converting these individuals into ongoing clients.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or higher, with aspirations towards achieving the prestigious Chartered Financial Planner status.

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations.

• Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work independently with ease.

• Transferable Assets Under Management (AUM) is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated track record of income generation.

• Strong analytical and sales skills.
