The role

Join our team as a Security Vetting Coordinator within the Onboarding Team, a vital component of our Group Compliance function. The Onboarding Team is integral to our business operations, ensuring all contract placements adhere to regulatory and employment requirements. With over 5 years of establishment, our team thrives on cohesion, professionalism, and compliance.

As a Security Vetting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing security checks for candidates within defined timescales, managing vetting requirements across multiple sites, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You'll engage with candidates, consultants, and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth vetting processes while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with candidates to explain to them the vetting process, which will enable them to undertake a contract role.?
  • Ensuring that the vetting process for contractors is completed compliantly, within a defined timescale.? This may include following up with the contractor for documentation or information, processing screening checks with third parties, and/or engaging with the owning consultant to confirm requirements of the role or support with contractor engagement.?
  • Attending meetings with the client as part of regular or ad-hoc reviews regarding the contractors going through the vetting process at that time. This can range from providing a status update, reviewing any issues or instances of non-compliance, or training around new client processes.
  • Building productive and lasting relationships with sales consultants across the business with the aim of providing a world-class service to their contractors and clients and being able to proactively spot opportunities for simplification and improvement.
