Working Hours:1500 hrs 0000 hrs Monday to Sunday on a rota basis ( 4 On 2 Off)

SIA badge with more than 9 months till renewal

Pay Rate: £12.75

Our customer is a long established Manned Guarding Provider, starting in 1993. Starting as a small family run business and growing into a successful medium sized business. Our customer believes in providing a high quality of service and is passionate about driving standards in the Guarding Industry. They are looking for the right people to join their team that have the same passion and drive.

The successful candidate will have a current SIA licence in an appropriate sector, excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and great flexibility.

You will also be a responsible and trustworthy individual who takes pride in your day to day work. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Role Overview:

  • To patrol around the site maintaining good order and high visibility
  • Respond to incidents and complete full incident reports, recording of evidence and account of actions taken
  • Interacting with Students, Staff and Members of the Public
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Dealing appropriately and professionally with any persons displaying inappropriate behaviour
  • Use of alarm systems - training will be provided.
  • Locking and securing of Site Buildings
  • Working alongside the Security Site Lead
