Security Officer - Elephant & Castle - Night shifts

We have an ongoing requirement for an experienced SIA licensed security officer to work each week Wednesday to Saturday night at a busy residential development in SE1. This is working 6pm-6am.

You will be required to patrol a busy external area acting as a deterrent for anti social behaviour around the site.

This is a patrolling role based mainly outside where you will be required to be visible, constantly on alert and be comfortable approaching unauthorised trespassers to the site.

You will have exceptional communication skills, a firm yet friendly approach and be able to manage and deal with complex situations.

You will be calm, attentive and be able to diffuse situations in an authoritative manner.

You must hold a valid door supervisor licence and take exceptional care in your personal presentation.
