My client is a global engineering group who are continuing to grow. Due to the increasing requirements of their clients they have an opportunity for a Security Engineer to join their team. Working as part of our highly skilled team, you will provide support to a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

Working on the client site you will be accountable and responsible for on-site activities, including:-

Installing, servicing, and commissioning electronic security systems.

Planned preventative maintenance.

Providing an efficient response for corrective maintenance and repairs.

Fault finding, test and remedial works.

Responding to 4 hour response time call outs on rota

Providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with the customer to ensure longevity of contract and work winning opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful applicant will possess:-

Proven experience as a Security Systems Engineer with a strong track record with Electronic Security Systems including:-

  • Intruder Detection Systems
  • PIDs
  • IP Video Surveillance (CCTV)
  • Access Control (Nedap preferable)
  • Electric Gates, Automated Barriers, Turnstiles

Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition is desirable but not essential

Full UK driving licence

Personal Attributes

Ability to form good working relationships .

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Enthusiastic, positive nature.

Demonstrate leadership approach to health and safety.
