SECURITY CLEARANCE NECESSARY

  • Experience in infrastructure operations/engineering within a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
  • Knowledge of network technologies, ideally with hands on exposure with both Wired and Wireless technologies
  • Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc.
  • Experience of using Cloud monitoring tools
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience across multiple sectors
  • Flexible & a willingness to embrace change
  • Desire to learn new technologies & skills
  • Work with colleagues and our client's teams to diagnose and resolve critical, escalated issues.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with security best practices and experience in implementing and managing security measures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills and comprehension.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • You must be eligible for SC Clearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Networks or equivalent
