A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Securitisation paralegal in their London office. The role is permanent and will involve supporting fee earners across the Property Securitisation department.

Specific duties will include identifying titles, obtaining official copy entries and office copy documents from the Land registry, undertaking title checks and other property due diligence, carrying out searches, obtaining items from Local Authorities and other third parties, chasing for outstanding items, carrying out pre-completion Land Registry searches and dealing with post-completion matters.

Our client is looking for candidates with conveyancing experience, who are able to manage their own caseload and possess good drafting and research skills. Ideally, candidates will have achieved a 2.1 degree in Law or conversion. They must have exemplary IT skills, strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision in a calm, efficient and timely manner.

Ideally, our client is looking for candidates with previous conveyancing experience and/or social housing experience.

Hybrid working is offered (after initial training with this role, with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home subject to business needs.
