My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Securitisation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office.
Being part of the firms Property Securitisation Team - this firm is looking for someone with previous Conveyancing experience to be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with organising, monitoring and delivering of the teams significant transactions
- Providing the Clients, Partners and Solicitors with progress reports
- Identifying titles; obtaining Official Copy Entries and Office Copy Documents from Land Registry
- Undertaking title checks and other property due diligence
- Carrying out legal search
- Dealing with post-completion matters
+ many more.
To qualify for this position as their new Securitisation Paralegal, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous Conveyancing experience
- Have a minimum of 2:1 in your LLB or equivalent
- Ideally, have or be studying your LPC
- Be experienced in drafting and legal research
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the previous/existing experience within Conveyancing and also be able to commute to the Leeds office a minimum of three times a week.
