Administration Assistant/Secretary-Bury St Edmunds-£27,000

I am currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant/Secretary on behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great business!

Salary: £27,000

Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administration and secretarial support using Microsoft Suite, including typing, scanning, and minute-taking.
  • Prepare documents for client presentations and meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and staff, delivering a 5-star experience.
  • Manage inbound and outbound business communication and correspondence.
  • Maintain office operations for an efficient and tidy environment.
  • Handle general ad-hoc duties to support smooth business operations.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and comfort with technology, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Previous administrative experience.
