An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretarial Administrator to join a highly regarded Commercial Law Firm which prides itself on its professional ethos. You will be working in the Private Client department, amongst a busy and close-knit team!

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary: Up to £27k according to experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, office based

Key Responsibilities for the Secretarial Administrator:

  • Typing and amending documents
  • Telephone and email communication with clients and 3rd parties
  • Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
  • General administrative support
  • Diary management
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Additional ad hoc support/ cover as and when required (including reception cover)

For this Secretarial Administrator role, the employer is looking for:

  • Solid administration experience
  • A keen interest in the legal world
  • Competent user of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner and face to face communication skills with colleagues and clients
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
