Are you a Secondary Teacher looking for rewarding regular supply work?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Secondary Teacher for a school in Rochdale. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fantastic school, with the flexibility to choose your own working schedule and join a passionate team of educators. Supply work means more teaching, less marking and lesson plans! 

This role will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring that learning objectives are met
  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
  • Manage classroom behaviour keeping pupils focused and motivated
  • Work closely with school staff to ensure that pupils are progressing well
  • Provide a safe and positive learning environment that promotes inclusion and diversity

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working with secondary aged pupils as a QTS or NQT
  • A drive for teaching and the ability to confidently manage classrooms and behaviour strategies
  • Resilience and passion to inspire pupils
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (must have valid visa/ overseas police check if relevant)
  • Relevant references covering your last two years of employment
