Day to Day of the role:

• Supervise pupils within the classroom, ensuring a safe and focused learning atmosphere.

• Provide tailored support to students with diverse educational needs, enhancing their understanding and engagement.

• Maintain students’ interest in subjects through interactive assistance and encouragement.

• Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans to cater to specific student requirements.

• Promote and reinforce positive behaviour and discipline in the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar educational support role is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to students and staff.

• A strong team player who can collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals.

• Well-organized with a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
