Role Overview:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools during teacher absences, covering classes, and ensuring continuity of learning. Your adaptability, subject knowledge, and classroom management skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Adapting to different school settings and student needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at the secondary level.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
