About the Role:Hays are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to our students and supporting the core academic curriculum of the schools we work with.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to a wide range of student abilities and needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching at a secondary school level.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads.
