We are seeking a Science Teacher for a Secondary School in Bury. This role offers a great opportunity for a long-term position at the school. The School requires a QTS qualified, passionate and experienced individual to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for Secondary School Science.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress accurately.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant classroom environment.
  • Get involved in the school's extracurricular activities and events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in teaching and pastoral roles to support students academically and personally.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students and their families.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven Experience as a Science Teacher with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • A Passion and commitment to going above and beyond to help students excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Dedication to continuous professional growth and development.
