Trainee Teacher

This will be an excellent opportunity to gain experience in our Secondary schools for anyone who wishes to train to teach in the future. 

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Engage in hands-on classroom experience within Secondary schools.
  • Benefit from classroom experience, focusing on honing your teaching skills.
  • Utilise a well-structured curriculum with ample resources to aid lesson delivery.
  • Receive guidance from a range of professionals 
  • Participate in online and face-to-face training 
  • Gain insights from in-school subject specialists and regular CPD opportunities.
  • Experience learning walks with targeted feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant field with at least C grade at GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (and your chosen teaching subject areas)
  • Commitment to training and professional development.
  • Passion for education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
