Secondary School Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a long term Cover Supervisor to join a lovely school based in Willenhall

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
2. Assist students with their academic and personal development.
3. Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may require additional assistance.
4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies.
6. Contribute to the planning and organization of educational activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in education-related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
