A Secondary School in Birmingham, B30 is looking for a School Receptionist / Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm, this opportunity is to start ASAP.
Your new role
The role will be to provide reception / Administration cover for a very busy school which involves meeting and greeting parents, pupils and visitors, as well as answering and transferring calls and taking messages and dealing with general enquiries. There will also be other administrative duties to carry out as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up-to-date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
