Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your SEND experience to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Employ effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of humour while engaging with students, fostering a relaxed yet focused learning environment.
  • Show excellent use of initiative in responding to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
  • Offer supportive assistance to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent use of initiative to adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • A supportive and understanding approach towards students' diverse needs and learning styles.
