Secondary Chemistry Teacher - Camden - Permanent position - September 2024

Location: Camden

Salary: £36,745 to £56,959 (dependent on experience)

As a qualified Secondary Chemistry Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), you will:
* Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
* Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to make complex chemical concepts accessible and relatable.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans, assessments, and enrichment activities that enhance the overall learning experience.
* Provide timely feedback and support to students, helping them to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives.

Requirements:
* A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level.
* ECT's and experienced teachers welcome to apply!
* A passion for inspiring curiosity and a commitment to fostering a love of science in young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our department and school community.
