This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known IT brands in the world as a Second Line Support Engineer based on a highly secure site near Reading.

Second Line Support Engineer Summary:
As the Second Line Support Engineer you will join the existing team responsible for providing desktop and breakfix support and technical assessment to over 7,000 end users on site.

Other tasks include:

  • Speaking with suppliers to get pricing
  • Active Directory including password resets
  • Building laptops/desktops
  • Deployments and configurations
  • Network patching

Essential skills & experience:

  • Experience supporting desktop and printer hardware
  • Active Directory experience
  • Active SC Clearance
  • Experience building laptops
