We are looking for an aspiring chef with experience gained in a high paced kitchen environment and are looking for a new challenge, offering great training, work life balance and the chance to be part of a catering team that are award winning please apply now.

Being a Second Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef and taking charge in their absence to ensure food is prepared to a high standard to strict deadlines. Using all fresh local produce to develop full diet sensitive meals for residents and helping to develop menus in line with specific diets.

The ideal candidate will have great teamwork and communication skills driven to raise the standards. Self-motivation, flexible, enthusiastic and happy to take responsibility for resolving issues that arise are skills that all apply to this role.
