About the Role

- Targeted to book meetings for closing sales reps (Snr BDM’s)

- Using a variety of sales techniques including cold calling, email and marketing campaigns

- SDR’s have progressed into BDM and Team Leader positions 1 year to 18 months

About the Candidate

- Degree educated

- 1-3 years sales experience

- Experience cold calling

- Must be able to work towards targets under pressure

- Must display great positivity and creativity

- Must be a great communicator

- You'll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team with a willingness to learn

About the Package

- Basic salary of £35,000

- £15k OTE

- Great benefits

- Hybrid working - two days in office
