I'm recruiting for a Scrum Master to join an exciting startup in central Cardiff who are the new offshoot of a more established business. It's a super exciting time for the business as they look to launch in the next couple of months. They are already a team of 50 with two development teams, and are looking to hire a Scrum Master to help drive their Agile approach within the company. They would love someone who is happy to come into the Cardiff office a couple of days a week (with some flex around this for the right person).

You'll be helping them to implementing Agile ways of working and guide and lead the tech team in adopting a Scaled Agile approach. Your role will involve coordinating and facilitating Agile ceremonies daily standups, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives and provide coaching and mentoring to their teams to help foster and create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal person will be an experienced Scrum Master who has worked in a startup environment before and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. They are made up of a team passionate about what they are building and its very much all hands on deck. You'll need to have worked implementing Scaled Agile (SAFe) previously and any fintech or financial services experience would be handy but is certainly not essential.

Salary is up to £55,000 plus good benefits including 25 days holiday, contributory pension up to 8%, Life Assurance and Private Medical.
