Experienced Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner

Are you a scrub nurse/Theatre Practitioner with experience in paediatrics?

Location: London

Contract: Full Time. 37.5 hours per week split into 5 x 7.5 hour shifts (between the hours of 07:30 to 21:00) Monday to Saturday. with on call Sundays.

Base salary up to £39,000 with excellent shift enhancements and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities and attributes:

  • As part of the team work across all areas of the theatre complex.
  • Assist in operative procedures supporting colleagues and the clinical team.
  • High standard of Patient focussed care
  • Provide an efficient, effective and safe clinical service to the theatre team.
  • Demonstrate versatility across the range of operative procedures.
  • Excellent team worker.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Positive and progressive thinker.
  • Desire to learn and develop.

Skills & Experience :

  • Experienced Theatre Nurse, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
  • Minimum BLS and PBLS
  • Paediatric theatre experience desirable
  • Registered to practice in the UK
