Our client is one of the UK’s leading Production Companies producing first-class film and television content. They are looking for a dynamic lawyer to join the team on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and Business Affairs, you will work on day-to-day legal and business affairs matters arising in connection with the development, production and financing of scripted TV and film productions.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a range of development and production agreements
  • Providing advice and support on programme-related legal and business affairs activities
  • Ensuring that production activities comply with applicable laws and regulations and with corporate compliance policies and best practice procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous media experience and a good understanding of the UK production landscape. In-house experience is highly desirable.
