Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate a hands-on and inquiry-based learning environment that encourages exploration, experimentation, and critical thinking.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including laboratory experiments, demonstrations, multimedia resources, and field trips, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to develop their scientific literacy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, curriculum materials, and assessments that align with educational standards and promote scientific literacy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
- Proven experience in teaching science at the secondary or higher education level.
- Strong knowledge of scientific principles and concepts across multiple disciplines, with expertise in at least one area.
- Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches and experiential learning opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
