School Sports Coach Job

Your New Company
Hays Education are working with a number of schools across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire who are looking for passionate and enthusiastic classroom teaching assistants to join their teams.
In particular, the schools we're working with are seeking individuals with sporting backgrounds who have experience coaching or training children and young people.

Your New Role
Depending on experience, you will be working with children in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, or Colleges, supporting them in achieving their individual potential within the school environment. You will be working 1:1, in small groups, or supporting full-classes, assisting across a number of subject areas. You will have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time on either permanent or temporary assignments to fit around you.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a sports coaching or teaching assistant qualification or have prior experience of working in a school or college. You will be able to work well as part of a team, and build strong relationships with children and staff alike. You will be able to successfully manage a group of young people and have an adaptable approach to supporting each child.
